Sport: U13A Cricket v. Chafyn Grove

On Wednesday afternoon the U13As played Chafyn Grove at Home. The sun was shining at the beginning of the afternoon and Sandroyd batted first. There was some great shots played by all with William and Henry top scoring for Sandroyd, resulting in a competitive total for Chafyn Grove to chase. It was then Sandroyd's turn to bowl and everyone was given the chance to perform. Chafyn Grove made a good fight of it however the wickets (top wicket taker, Eloise) were shared amongst a number of Sandroydians to finish off the game just before the rain became too heavy. Thank you Chafyn Grove for a competitive and fun afternoon.
